Refund policy
No Right of Return Due to Hygiene Reasons
Please note that, for hygiene reasons, our products are excluded from the right of return. Therefore, returns or exchanges are not possible if the product has arrived in perfect and undamaged condition.
Exception: Damaged or Faulty Items
If an item is damaged, defective, or faulty upon receipt, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. In such cases, you have the following options:
- Replacement delivery (if available)
- Full refund of the purchase price
- Partial refund for minor defects (upon agreement)
- A voucher will only be issued with your explicit consent.
Important Notes for Complaints:
- Please send us photos of the damage along with your order number within 7 days via email to info@mbreeze.shop.
- Returns without prior contact cannot be processed.
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method once the case has been reviewed and approved.
